Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advocacy strategies to promote global eye care initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare professionals, and community leaders
- Analyze program data to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes
- Represent CBP at international forums and conferences
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Public Health, International Development, or related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in program leadership, advocacy, or related field
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural environments
