"Male HR Recruiter"

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Male HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Source and screen candidates based on the required skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in non-IT hiring, preferably in BPO or consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aggressive sales mindset and ability to meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to travel for job drives and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with knowledge of different sourcing channels and excellent communication skills in English and Tamil are preferred.

Location:

This role is based in Chennai at Mount Road center.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English, with an option to communicate in Tamil if needed.

Salary:

The salary range for this role is between ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
