Job Summary:
State Street is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to U.S. Regulators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or financial services and excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to applicable regulators, including FR Y15, FR Y2314, Call Report FFIEC 031, FR Y9C, FR Y9LP, FFIEC 030, etc.
Analyze financial data to complete filings, understand fluctuations and uncover potential inaccuracies.
Perform edit check reviews and follow up on applicable discrepancies.
Execute source system data reconciliation versus General Ledger.
Prepare monthly management reports and trends on capital adequacy.
Stay informed of regulatory changes and work with management to develop processes for implementation of new reporting requirements.

Requirements:
CA / CPA with 4-6 years of experience in banking or financial services or MBA with a relevant experience.
Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
Proven track record of successful project execution.
Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines.
Ability to reprioritize timely.
Strong attention to detail.
