Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our IT projects from inception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, estimates, and scope statements.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including team members and vendors.
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to ensure project priorities are aligned.
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management principles to ensure project success.
  • Resolve high-priority issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 10-14 years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years in Project/Program Management.
  • Strong experience managing software development life cycle projects and handling multiple technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in managing projects in the eCommerce domain (e.g., B2C/B2B platforms, online retail systems, commerce engines).
  • Thorough understanding of Agile principles for IT project/program management.
  • Excellent knowledge of change management principles.
  • Ability to understand and articulate both business and technology requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of project management tools is a strong advantage.
