SEO Manager Job Summary

Take ownership of our organic growth efforts by implementing SEO strategies that improve search engine visibility, grow high-quality traffic, and increase lead conversion across web properties.

Job Description:

This role will focus on executing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics - organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.

Collaborate closely with content writers to ensure keyword relevance and SEO-friendly formatting. Maintain SEO hygiene across all pages and templates (category, product, blog, etc).

Develop and implement ethical link-building strategies to increase domain authority. Identify and pursue PR and guest posting opportunities. Monitor backlink profile and manage toxic link disavowals.

Support content planning with SEO-driven topic research and intent analysis. Help create and maintain content calendars for blog, landing pages, and educational content.

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio. Prepare monthly SEO performance dashboards and share insights with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.
  • Hands-on expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing fixes.
  • Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of data visualization and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is a plus.
