Visual Storyteller for Financial Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller who can craft compelling visual narratives to communicate complex financial concepts to technical and business audiences.

The ideal candidate will create high-quality motion assets that effectively convey the value proposition and brand personality of our financial technology solutions.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales, to develop concepts that align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Concept Development & Storyboarding
    • Develop strategic concepts that translate complex financial technology concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives.
    • Collaborate with product designers and engineers to implement animations in web and mobile applications.
  • SaaS-Focused Motion Design & Animation
    • Produce polished 2D/2.5D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and UI animations that demonstrate financial product workflows.
    • Develop animations that enhance user understanding of data visualization and complex financial processes.
  • UI/UX Motion Systems
    • Develop consistent animation systems, templates, and design tokens that enhance the product user experience.
    • Collaborate with product designers to ensure animations support rather than distract from core functionality.
  • Brand Consistency & Evolution
    • Ensure all animations adhere to our brand guidelines while evolving our motion language.
    • Develop a consistent motion style that reinforces our position as a trusted financial technology partner.
  • Technical Implementation & Handoff
    • Provide Lottie/JSON exports with proper documentation for developer implementation.
    • Create organized asset libraries and style guides for consistent implementation.
  • Asset Optimization & Management
    • Deliver properly sized and optimized files for various platforms (web, mobile, social, event displays).
    • Maintain an accessible library of motion assets, source files, and templates.
