Job Description:

We are seeking a senior-level 3D visualization specialist to create high-quality, photorealistic architectural walkthroughs and immersive visual experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with expertise in 3D visualization, animation, and real-time rendering.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with 3DS Max and Corona Renderer, as well as a strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques. They will be responsible for creating seamless, immersive scenes showcasing architectural projects, including interiors, exteriors, and landscapes.

Key responsibilities include developing high-quality photorealistic architectural walkthroughs, optimizing 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials for high-performance rendering, and collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and ensure accurate visual representation.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest visualization technologies.



Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Software Expertise: 3DS Max, Corona Renderer (Photorealistic Rendering)
  2. Experience in creating high-quality architectural walkthroughs & flythroughs;
  3. Lighting, shading, and texturing for realistic visual output;
  4. PBR Materials & HDRI-based lighting
