  • Senior Graphic Designer Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled GraphicDesigner to create visually appealing designs for brand collaterals, presentations, and marketing assets. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing innovative designs that reflect the company's brand identity.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital-first or e-commerce environment. A strong command of Adobe Creative Suite is required, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Experience with social media design, A+ content, and e-commerce listing images is also necessary.

  • Creative Design & Branding:
    • Develop innovative designs that reflect the company's brand identity.
    • Design social media creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Advertising & Marketing Support:
    • Design creatives for Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other digital campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the PPC and SEO teams to create performance-driven visual assets.
  • Content Creation & Motion Graphics:
    • Produce high-quality graphic and video content using Adobe Suite.
    • Design engaging multimedia content for both organic and paid campaigns.

The successful candidate should have strong typography, color sense, and layout skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Knowledge of AI tools integration in design is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (optional).
  • Experience in B2B/B2C Marketing is a plus.
  • Expertise with design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • Love to learn & adapt to new trends in designing.
  • Should be hardworking & a hustler in designing and looking for a long-term run to build a career.
