Financial Planning & Analysis Professional

The role of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional involves partnering with internal stakeholders to provide decision-makers with valuable insights on finance-related issues.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive business performance reports and interactive dashboards for diverse audiences.
  • Analyze historical data trends and deep dive into key performance indicators to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in financial performance and develop targeted action plans.
  • Co-lead the TMRW planning and budgeting process with the FP&A team.

Ideal Candidate Attributes and Experience:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years' experience in similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to build dynamic models.
