We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a Visual Design Specialist, you will play a key role in the creative process, contributing to every stage from researching and conceptualizing to designing reusable templates, tweaking pixels, and beyond.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be fast-paced and varied, encompassing collaboration with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design solutions for advertising campaigns across various channels and formats, including web, mobile, social media, and print.

You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet clients' needs and standards. This includes creating reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.

You will need to continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the quality of the creatives.

A successful candidate will have experience in an ad agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing their design skills and experience in creating ad banners for different channels and formats.

The ideal candidate will have a good eye for aesthetics and strong conceptual skills, with a high sense of design, illustration, layout, and typography, line composition, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentals.

This position requires hands-on experience with key design-related software like Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe After Effects / Sketch.

The candidate should be able to juggle multiple, varying assignments and prioritize effectively, while also having excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is also a plus.
