Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your graphic design expertise and contribute to the creation of engaging visuals for various platforms. As a freelancer, you will be responsible for designing high-quality graphics, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Design compelling social media content, including Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art.
  • Elevate our social brand guidelines by refining typography, color palette, iconography, and illustration style.
  • Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data-driven infographics, and shareable memes that captivate audiences.
  • Create simple motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit short-form videos when needed.
  • Iterate based on performance metrics, conducting rapid A/B tests to optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain a well-organized library of design files and templates.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social design for consumer brands or media.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere for motion.
  • Comfort with data visualization, transforming complex information into clear, digestible graphics.
  • Solid understanding of typography & layout fundamentals, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced sprints, manage multiple briefs, and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience designing for WhatsApp campaigns and YouTube (thumbnails that drive CTR).
  • Knowledge of AI/automation tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) to enhance workflows.
