Regional Leadership Opportunity

 

We are seeking an experienced Regional Leader to spearhead project delivery across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project managers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Travel on a project-to-project basis as required to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence and provide constructive feedback to consultants and management teams to drive quality and efficiency
  • Review MEP designs and local authority approvals processes to ensure compliance and minimize risks
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Implement value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle to optimize resource allocation
  • Effectively communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Document minutes and risks with mitigation plans to ensure transparency and accountability

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on key deliverables
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project scenarios
  • Effective use of construction management tools and software to streamline project workflows
