Cloud Native Engineer Job Description

A forward-thinking organization is looking for a skilled Cloud Native Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the engineering group, you will play a vital role in architecting and deploying cloud-native solutions that enable scalable, secure, and efficient application development.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services and experience with cloud architecture design and deployment. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through the adoption of best practices in cloud architecture.

  • Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Lead and guide a team of engineers in designing, building, and deploying cloud-native solutions.
  • Own project planning, resource allocation, and delivery management, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Promote and enforce best practices in cloud architecture, including the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Node.js, or Java.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cloud/DevOps teams.
