Job Title

As a high-achieving marketing professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your analytical mindset and passion for ROI-driven marketing will drive campaign success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in campaign execution, media planning, programmatic advertising, and data analysis.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Prepare and implement effective media plans with proven track records of successful campaign execution.
  • Develop and execute strategies for programmatic ads and media buying.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize lead generation.
  • Design and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and report campaign performance regularly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
