IT Audit Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT audit professional to join our team.

As an IT audit manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple IT audit assignments including IT application and infrastructure audits, application security assessments, vendor audits, concurrent audits, thematic assignments, and regulatory submissions.

You will develop the risk-based audit framework, meeting RBI regulations and adopting ISO 27001 standards. Additionally, you will manage and liaison with outsourced audit partners to improve efficiency without additional resources and deliver high-quality audit work products that can be presented to the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the risk-based audit framework to ensure compliance with RBI regulations and adoption of ISO 27001 standards.
  • Manage and liaison with outsourced audit partners to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality audit work products.
  • Establish and maintain the quality assurance and improvement program, facilitating internal and external quality assessments.
  • Engage in advisory roles to provide support to IT projects related to internal controls and IT risk management.

Requirements:

  • A degree holder with 5-12 years' experience in IT audits, preferably in the BFSI segment.
  • Hold a CISA certification, with other preferable certifications including CISM/CRISC/CISSP.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of key RBI circulars.
  • Strong project and relationship management skills, preferably with team handling experience.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, efficient data handling skills.
  • High energy, passion, and self-starter attitude with good presentation skills, strong time management, and organizational skills, including ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Willingsness to travel as needed.
