About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns for FireTV launches in India. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate with central teams to develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and execute online marketing initiatives that extend awareness and drive FireTV sales on Amazon.in. You will also be responsible for developing and executing aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and authority.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement. To achieve these goals, you will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to inform data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in launching and scaling marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Tableau, with expertise in data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of ₹20 lakhs to ₹30 lakhs per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a performance-based bonus structure that rewards exceptional results.
