Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced WordPress applications using the latest technologies.

You'll work closely with designers and front-end integrators to create seamless user experiences, utilizing your expertise in PHP, WordPress, and related technologies. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, with a strong understanding of WordPress ecosystems, including hooks, APIs, plugins, themes, and Gutenberg. Experience with Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep Expertise in PHP and WordPress: You'll need to master the intricacies of PHP and the WordPress ecosystem, including hooks, APIs, plugins, themes, and Gutenberg.
  • Strong SQL Skills: Proven experience optimizing queries for performance and a solid understanding of database management are crucial.
  • REST API and Microservices: Familiarity with REST APIs and microservice integration patterns is necessary for integrating with other systems.
  • React Experience: Knowledge of React, especially for Gutenberg block development, is desirable.
  • Docker/Podman and Linux: Experience working with Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments (WP-CLI, file manipulation, container ops) is mandatory.
