As a key member of our team, you will contribute your skills to enhance the design and development process.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proc Developer with expertise in design and analysis. Your role will be to provide guidance on translating customer specifications into technical designs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Provide detailed documentation of design concepts and ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams
  • Act as liaison between application architects and development teams to coordinate project implementation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, participate in test-plan development, integration, and deployment
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to identify requirements and implement solutions
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing mentorship and work guidance to junior developers
  • Guiding the work of less experienced developers to create, maintain, and communicate details of application designs
  • Utilizing expertise in software development methodologies, coding, testing methodology, and industry standards to define and develop project requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three or more years of product design and support experience
  • Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, creative thinking, and design skills
