Senior Software Development Expert

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Expert to lead our development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Progress 4GL, .Net, and web frameworks. Additionally, they will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project tasks
- Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
- Ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (required)
- At least 2+ years of experience in software development (preferably in Progress 4GL and .Net)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
