Lead Analyst SME Job Description

This is a Senior Financial Analyst position with a focus on Real Estate Lending. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in debt underwriting, financial modeling, and market analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the US real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models using MS Excel to analyze loan performance and risk.
  • Analyze property data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
  • Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations for approval or denial.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate lending.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and charting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
