Technical Artist Position

Our consulting arm provides expert support to help organizations rapidly plan, build, deploy, and measure solutions—generating actionable insights and fast feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and 3D artists to implement user interface designs in Unity for PC, mobile, and AR/VR platforms.
  • Create micro animations, build custom shaders, and optimize particle systems to enhance the UI and interaction quality across various platforms.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a robust prefab library.
  • Ensure all assets and UI elements are optimized.
  • Work with engineers and designers to implement UI features such as 2D and 3D layouts, menu logical flows, animations, and more in Unity.
  • Optimize UI for performance, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Write basic C# scripts to integrate UI elements with the overall system.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience as a technical artist.
  • A portfolio of example projects.
  • Strong experience with Unity, especially in UI implementation.
  • Proficiency in creating custom shaders and working with particle systems.
  • Experience with lighting and rendering in Unity.
  • Knowledge of tweening and micro animations in Unity.
  • Basic C# programming skills.
  • Familiarity with UX prototyping and design principles.
  • Basic Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya/Blender skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
