ICT Service Desk Technician

We are looking for an experienced ICT Service Desk Technician to join our team at CMS Computers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our help desk service.
About the RoleYou will be the primary point of contact for all ICT-related incidents and service requests. Your main objective will be to provide timely and effective resolutions to these issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and prioritize tickets from customers and internal teams
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or 3rd party vendors as needed
- Analyze issue trends and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of ICT infrastructure, including operating systems, clustering technology, and networking protocols. They should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
