About the Role:

As a senior HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence through strategic people management. This involves fostering a positive and engaging work environment, championing company values, and implementing innovative HR initiatives to meet business needs.

This position offers the opportunity to lead HR projects, develop and implement policies, and enhance HR programs. You will provide guidance and counsel to business leaders and employees on company policies, procedures, and workplace issues.

You will coach employees and resolve employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism. Collaboration with business leaders on various HR processes, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Capability Development, and Succession Planning, is also key.

Fostering a culture of high performance requires providing support and guidance to employees. Implementing retention programs aligned with organizational culture and values is crucial for long-term success.

Introducing best practices in HR can drive organizational and employee success. Strong influencing skills are necessary to engage employees and managers at all levels. Proven experience in handling employee grievances and promoting a positive work culture is essential.

Familiarity with industry requirements, such as those in the Product Software Industry, is beneficial. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 1-2 years as an HRBP, is required.

A strong understanding of HR functions, such as Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management, is necessary. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills are also required. Humility, collaboration, and high emotional intelligence are valuable assets.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Good understanding of HR/Data Analytics is necessary. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is critical.
