Job Title

Lead Architect Position Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to spearhead the design and development of complex industrial projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading teams and overseeing the creation of master plans, working drawings, and construction documents.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in 3D modeling software like Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion, are essential for success in this role.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to guide a team of modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural designs and conceptualize facade and fenestration systems.
  • Prepare site works tenders, specifications, and bills of materials.
  • Conduct cost estimations for architectural components of projects.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to provide technical clarifications and participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings.
  • Review and ensure quality control on developed models, guiding modelers in extracting layouts from 3D models.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor of Architecture degree from a recognized university, registered with the Council of Architecture (COA).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and guide a team of modelers.
  • Strong technical skills in architectural design and concept development.
