Architectural Role Overview

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with designers and architects to create innovative and functional designs, meeting client requirements and industry standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project details, timelines, and budgets to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior architects, provide guidance and mentorship, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an architect, preferably with a background in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in REVIT, SketchUp, and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
