Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - Marine Services
">About the Role:
- To oversee and coordinate all aspects of vessel operations, ensuring smooth execution and optimal revenue.
- To manage a team of professionals in charge of handling and effectively managing equipment control at ports.
- To be responsible for organizing operational activities, coordinating with principals and vendors, capacity allocation to optimize revenue, liaisoning with government bodies, problem solving, improving operational procedures, service innovation, and controlling all operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage people and external agencies effectively.
- Organize and control operational activities.
- Coordinate with principals, vendors, and government bodies.
- Solve problems and improve operational procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and enforce operational standards.
Requirements:
- A Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a premier institute.
- At least 18-20 years of post-qualification experience in handling and effectively managing operations and equipment control at ports.
- Prior experience in Master Mariners is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and enforce operational standards.
- Experience in handling Container/Bulk/Break Bulk/Project Cargo/Lifts on-Lifts off/RoRo operations.
