Protection Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our mission-driven team and contribute to making a positive impact on society. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to protect lives with pride by understanding customer needs and offering suitable life insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers through leads provided by the company, promoting protection products that safeguard individuals' well-being.
  • Understand customer needs and offer personalized life insurance solutions tailored to their financial goals and budgets.
  • Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions about their protection needs.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
  • Create customized presentations highlighting the importance of life insurance in achieving long-term financial security.
  • Ensure regular follow-up to build and maintain client relationships, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Organize and participate in field activities, engaging in outreach efforts to identify new business opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in BFSI or Life Insurance).
  • Graduation is mandatory for this role.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively conveying complex ideas and negotiating agreements.
  • Showcase effective presentation and persuasion abilities, highlighting the value of life insurance products.
  • Demonstrate sales planning and forecasting capabilities, setting realistic targets and monitoring progress.
  • Display a team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
