We're seeking a Data Insights Specialist to help us drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that inform product strategy, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Description

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building data dashboards and reports to developing predictive models and conducting ad-hoc analysis. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines and warehouses to support business intelligence and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support data analysis and visualization.
  • Build and deploy data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Required Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience optimizing queries and data models.
  • Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters).
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and work with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
  • Experience in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams.
