System Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Description**
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the development and refinement of an evolving suite of tests for Enterprise Readiness with the highest quality. As a System Tester, you will work collaboratively with Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to define and develop optimal test coverage for FlashBlade use cases.
This involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the test environment validates customer use cases as closely as possible. You will own and drive testing to completion by reviewing product requirements, design documents, and customer use cases to build test plans, test cases, and develop automation in order to execute System Testing for new and existing features over multiple FlashBlade releases.
You will also work with Dev/PM, Support, and Escalation teams to help reproduce and root cause customer issues, identify, analyze, and document any defects discovered during testing.
Ultimately, your goal will be to be a voice for FlashBlade Systems Quality with Customer First being at the heart of the conversation.
