Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of System Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle.

You will administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications. Additionally, you will implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.

As a System Administrator at our company, you will also support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth.

Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration.
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support.
