
Business Development Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated lead generation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identify target companies, decision-makers, and prospects using various tools and techniques.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and engage via social media to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
- Understand potential client needs, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and generate sales qualified leads (SQLs) for the sales team.
- Schedule calls and meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Update and manage lead data in CRM software, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and using social media for business outreach.
- Ability to research and gather data on potential leads using lead generation tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Motivation to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
