Job Role: Asset Integrity Specialist

About the Job:

This senior-level position plays a vital role in supporting internal audit teams in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits across various outlets and corporate functions.

  • The ideal candidate will assist in conducting internal audits of outlets, regional offices, warehouses, and corporate functions, verifying stock, cash, and sales transactions against records to ensure accuracy.
  • They will also check compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and statutory requirements, identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Audit reports and documentation will be prepared with findings and recommendations, ensuring timely follow-up on audit observations and corrective actions.
  • Candidates must possess strong analytical and numerical skills, basic knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail and accuracy, good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to travel frequently to different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting internal audits to verify stock, cash, and sales transactions.
  • Checking compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Preparing audit reports and documentation with findings and recommendations.
  • Identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
