Job Title: IAM Security Specialist

Key responsibilities of this role include administering and supporting ISAM module for Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), and Federation.

  • Administer and support ISAM module for Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), and Federation
  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Access Manager
  • Implement Federated Single Sign-On using SAML standards
  • Maintain understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, and ADFS
  • Develop skills in migration of applications to ISAM Federation Model
  • Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements
  • Implement Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms
  • Provide Day-to-Day operations support activities
  • Demonstrate knowledge in workflow design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries
  • Show expertise in Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services
  • Troubleshoot at Server level to User level queries
  • Lead and participate in outage calls
  • Create Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation
  • Participate in daily/weekly/monthly/customer/internal meetings and provide activity reports
  • Create policy and procedure manuals
  • Ensure SLAs are met according to the agreement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ISAM Module skills: Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), Federation
  • Experience with ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support
  • Good to have experience in migration of applications to ISAM Federation Model

  • Architecture and Design aspects of IAM
  • Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM
