Job Overview:

A Cybersecurity Analyst role that combines traditional Security Operations Center (SOC) responsibilities with research and development in AI-driven cybersecurity workflows.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in incident response and threat triage, enabling them to experiment with and evaluate advanced machine learning models to enhance detection capabilities.

SOC Operations involve monitoring, triaging, and investigating alerts from security tools and platforms. The analyst must identify root causes of security incidents and recommend remediation while differentiating true positives from false positives to refine detection accuracy.

AI & Threat Modelling require building and evaluating cybersecurity models leveraging large language models (LLMs) to identify emerging threats. This involves designing and running real-world evaluations of model performance, including adversarial scenarios, as well as researching and recommending data sources for training and fine-tuning models.

Key Responsibilities include performing data labelling for supervised evaluations and model improvement, establishing metrics for reducing false positives and improving precision/recall, and collaborating with security engineers, researchers, and data scientists to operationalize AI-driven SOC workflows.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for:
