Responsibilities">
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Order Management: Manage end-to-end order processing, including confirmation calls for address verification and returns/exchanges.
  • Communication: Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
Requirements">
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer support experience (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle tough situations calmly, and a customer-first attitude.
