Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to spearhead our financial and accounting department.

This key role will involve executing the company's financial strategy, overseeing financial controls and accounting procedures, and providing expert advice on revenue growth and cost reduction strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the financial strategy of the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records.
  • Provide recommendations for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Support in preparing monthly and annual financial plans.
  • Coordinate tax documentation as required.
  • Oversee IT systems related to SAP.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of experience, preferably with plant and corporate experience.
  • Knowledge of Indian and US taxation laws.

The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise and experience in finance, with overall responsibility for managing finance, accounts, MIS, and taxation.
