Job Summary:

A high-performance network infrastructure professional is needed to maintain secure and efficient systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime and service disruption.
  • Configure and manage network devices including Cisco routers, switches, F5 load balancers, and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Implement and maintain network security policies to safeguard against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, processes, and procedures.
  • Work closely with IT teams to support overall infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, and patches to ensure systems are secure, stable, and up to date.
  • Evaluate and improve network operations to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Network Automation: Knowledge of network automation tools and scripting using Python.

  • Protocols & Standards: Solid grasp of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).

  • Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex network issues.
