**Job Title:** Strategic Financial Architect

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Strategic Financial Architect at Syncup, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making, providing insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Leading the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
  • Preparing and presenting timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Managing cash flow and liquidity to support operational requirements.
  • Identifying and assessing financial risks, implementing measures to mitigate and manage them.
  • Overseeing tax compliance, working closely with external tax advisors.
  • Coordinating and liaising with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
  • Staying abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's adherence.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Implementing effective cash flow forecasting and optimization strategies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing budget variances, providing timely explanations and recommendations.
  • Ensuring meticulous adherence to all statutory requirements, regulations, and reporting obligations.
  • Overseeing and executing foreign exchange transactions with precision, managing exposure, and optimizing currency-related financial outcomes.
  • Managing and ensuring timely compliance with all tax obligations, including income tax, corporate tax, and any other relevant taxes.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of financial advisements, providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial decision-making.
  • Monitoring and implementing Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance measures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Managing financial litigation matters, collaborating with legal teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Implementing proactive strategies to minimize legal and financial risks.
  • Overseeing the efficient management of funds, optimizing returns while mitigating associated risks.
  • Evaluating and recommending financial instruments to enhance treasury efficiency.
  • Strategically leveraging debt to optimize the financial structure and achieve cost-effective capital.
  • Implementing and integrating technological solutions to enhance legal and financial processes.
  • Staying updated on regulations such as the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) and the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
