Executive Assistant to Content Strategist

This is a pivotal position that involves assisting with strategic planning, managing special projects, and overseeing daily operations. The Chief of Staff to the Content Centre of Excellence Head plays a crucial role in coordinating between internal business units, streamlining processes, and providing executive support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management, as well as operational management experience. They should be able to coordinate and streamline processes, provide executive support, and prepare reports. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver multi-channel content programs across web, app, email, and social platforms.
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure successful delivery.
- Implement workflow efficiencies to drive productivity and effectiveness.
- Enforce quality standards through style guides, QA checklists, and compliance reviews.
- Oversee vendors and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, and a degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences is desirable.
