Job Title

The Brand Solutions Strategist will be responsible for handling online reputation management, copywriting, and presenting creative solutions to clients. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project smooth execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Copywriting & ORM: Basic copywriting for posts and handling Online Reputation Management (ORM) for assigned brands.
  • Reporting & Liaising: Monthly/Weekly report to Management/Client regarding account activities, liaising with internal stakeholders for project execution.
  • Creative Solutions: Understanding client requirements/brief, getting internal teams to provide creative solutions, and presenting them to clients.
  • Competition Tracking: Tracking competition brands to understand and define the brand way forward that differentiates it from competitors.
  • Trend Analysis: Tracking industry/category trends to incorporate into marketing strategies/content.
  • Research & Feedback: Researching social media platforms/media websites daily for updates/trends, providing timely feedback to internal teams, and ensuring revisions are made.
  • Consumer Understanding: Understanding consumer behavior and delivering relevant content that drives brand success.
  • Job Status Report: Maintaining Job Status Reports to ensure team synchronization and timely work execution.
