Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Lead

About the Role:

We are a technology-driven organization with a focus on cloud-based practice management software solutions for healthcare providers.

Our cutting-edge technology streamlines administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and electronic health record management.

We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead to contribute to technology advancement through designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications.

This role involves working closely with Engineering Leads, Product and Project Managers, and Product Analysts to ensure the product meets high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features in C#.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs, and React Native.
  • Pitch ideas and test new approaches.
  • Manage the full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents using sound incident management practices.
  • Analyse business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional, and technical specifications.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and implement high-quality software.
  • Understanding of network concepts and terminology.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services.
  • Ability to oversee code development and potentially participate in problem-solving.
  • Keep pace with innovative technologies and maintain strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework.

Requirements:

  • 9-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications.
  • Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core).
  • Experience with React Native & offline database.
  • Experience leading a diverse team, providing both hands-on and technical guidance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Solid understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with coding/design patterns defining and implementing software development standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
