Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Salesforce Data Cloud specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, schema design, and entity relationships. They should be able to design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data streams for ingestion, data model objects (DMOs), identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.

Key responsibilities include defining and optimizing data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases. The candidate should also be able to integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
