We are seeking a seasoned marketing automation professional to join our innovative team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.

  • Design, develop and implement robust and scalable marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex marketing automation processes including email marketing, push messages like SMS/Whatsapp, journey builder, automation workflows, and personalized content. Additionally, you will configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs by creating data extensions, implementing dynamic content, managing subscriber lists, building AMP Scripts while creating Email templates and using data from data extensions. Experience with other systems, such as CRM platforms or external data sources, is highly valued.

Moreover, you will be required to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with these systems using APIs and custom integration methods. Your expertise should include:

  • Building and validating HTML and CSS.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting marketing automation processes, ensuring data integrity, campaign deliverability, and optimal system performance.
  • Conducting quality assurance testing to validate the accuracy and functionality of marketing automation campaigns and journeys.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) of campaigns.
  • Performing root cause analysis if KPIs are not achieved.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, including email marketing, segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email template customization and dynamic content creation.
