Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist

Delivering Data-Driven Insights to Clients:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to drive the delivery of dashboard reporting and provide a holistic view of marketing performance for clients across various industries.

About the Role:

  • You will work with our Australian team to deliver data-driven insights to clients, utilising your expertise in MCI/Datorama and strong understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Proven experience using MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams and solid understanding of reporting metrics, is essential for this role.
  • Building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama) and experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect are also required.
  • Pivot tables, calculated fields, advanced visualisations, SQL, and related data streams are key skills for this position.
  • Understanding marketing performance metrics, data governance, QA, and troubleshooting data discrepancies is crucial for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
