Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Network Infrastructure Manager to lead our cloud network operations. This is an in-depth technical role with 80% technical and 20% managerial capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, install, maintain, and manage cloud network infrastructure, including physical and software-defined networks.
  • Ensure high availability, flexibility, and network performance while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage infrastructure documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the team on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Oversee a team of Network Engineers, provide technical guidance, and evaluate their performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and trends to assess risks and business impact.
  • Present technical proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.
  • Manage and deliver technical validation activities, including proof of concept.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks, L2/L3 technologies, and networking equipment.
  • Strong understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, security technologies, switching, and network monitoring protocols.
  • Familiarity with SDN technologies, preferably hands-on experience with VMware NSX or Juniper Contrail/Tungsten.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex network problems.
  • Highly motivated individual with effective project management skills.
  • Motivated learner who can quickly learn new technologies.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 4 people.
