Process Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Design Engineer to join our team in India.

About the Role
  • Design and optimize complex process systems to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing process systems, leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process design methodologies and standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and process simulations using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Perform process safety assessments and hazard analysis to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers in process design concepts and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • 11-15 years of experience in process design and engineering, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
  • Proficiency in process design software such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
