Key Investment Professional

We seek an experienced investment analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, conducting thorough research, and presenting findings to senior management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze potential investment prospects and identify key risks and rewards.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of macroeconomic and microeconomic factors impacting target companies.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment reports for presentation to senior management.
  • Engage with external due diligence agencies and lawyers to finalize transaction documents.
  • Monitor post-investment performance of portfolio companies and implement corrective measures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Certified public accountant (CPA) or master's degree in business administration (MBA).
  • Minimum 0-5 years of experience in debt investments or credit evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of various databases.

We value candidates with a strong understanding of financial statements, experience with insolvency and bankruptcy codes, and excellent communication skills.
