About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, ensuring team collaboration, coaching and mentoring, stakeholder communication, promoting continuous improvement, maintaining Agile tools, guarding and enforcing Scrum principles, monitoring team progress, and resolving conflicts.

- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that affect team performance, ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Coach and Mentor: Provide support and training to help the team embrace and implement Agile Scrum methodologies effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Value team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of progress and needs.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage and lead efforts for continuous improvement in processes and practices based on retrospective outcomes.
- Maintain Agile Tools: Oversee and ensure the accurate maintenance of all documentation related to progress and actions in Agile tracking systems.
- Guard and Enforce Scrum Principles: Safeguard and reinforce Scrum principles, practices, and processes by understanding their importance and functionality within the organization.
- Monitor Team Progress: Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected parties.
- Conflict Resolution: Help resolve interpersonal conflicts and issues within the team to ensure a productive working environment.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years demonstrated relevant experience.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
