We are seeking an accomplished Transformation Specialist to lead and design cutting-edge, high-performance solutions that drive business growth.

In this key role, you will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex projects.

This position demands significant expertise in full-stack development, Spring Boot, and integration with AWS Cloud technologies, as well as a strong understanding of Microservices architecture.

  • Lead the design of enterprise-level software solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
  • Drive the design, development, and delivery of full-stack solutions, leveraging technologies such as Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Architect and develop Microservices and RESTful services to ensure modular, scalable, and maintainable applications.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for service design, security, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Utilize AWS Cloud services to architect cloud-native applications, ensuring proper use of AWS services (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS).
  • Assist in migration of on-premise applications to the cloud and optimize cloud resource usage for performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement Docker containers and manage Kubernetes clusters for deployment, scaling, and management of microservices-based applications.
  • Experience with Image Processing and DICOM standards, including designing and optimizing systems for handling large image datasets, medical images, and image-based data exchange formats.
  • Lead development teams within an Agile environment.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Provide technical leadership during daily stand-ups, ensuring that blockers are removed, and timelines are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
  • Provide regular status updates, manage client expectations, and deliver progress reports.
  • Understand and address client pain points and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments to the solution.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and architects.
  • Guide teams on the implementation of best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, code documentation, and process workflows for internal and client reference.
  • Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other technical teams to gather requirements, review designs, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Mandatory Skills
  • Deep expertise in Java programming, including strong knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying Microservices using technologies like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate.
  • Proficient in Spring Boot for creating microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable web applications.
  • Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices, including implementing robust security mechanisms (e.g. OAuth, JWT).
  • Experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
  • Proficiency in Angular 11+ for building dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
  • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript: Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Desired Skills
  • Hands-on experience with image processing libraries and frameworks (e.g. OpenCV, TensorFlow, etc.) for handling complex image data manipulation.
  • Understanding of DICOM standards for medical imaging, image exchange formats, and protocols.
  • Experience in AWS Cloud architecture and services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS.
  • Experience with Docker containers, creating Dockerfiles, and managing applications on Kubernetes clusters.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline) to ensure continuous integration and delivery of code.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices such as automated testing, infrastructure as code, and continuous monitoring.
