Job Title: Academic Career Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Academic Career Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding students through their academic journey, providing expert advice on career paths and helping them achieve their goals.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Academic Career Consultant will be to engage with prospective students, understanding their needs and aspirations. You will provide personalized guidance, suggesting the most suitable courses to meet their objectives while ensuring they have a clear understanding of program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities.

In addition to advising students, you will also handle inbound and outbound calls, manage CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups, and ensure seamless communication with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective students to understand their goals and aspirations
  • Provide personalized guidance on course selection and career pathways
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into full-course admissions
  • Manage CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to optimize conversion rates
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as an Academic Career Consultant, you must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities, and be comfortable working towards daily call targets and revenue goals. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO, and be proficient in using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
